Make Art Not War #5
$199.00
This piece breaks from the series’ urban grit and launches into the cosmos. A nude figure floats weightlessly across the frame, reclined and hands clasped, as if suspended between the cratered surface of the moon and the infinite black of space. Red paint drips violently downward from the glowing purple “Make Art” lettering above — a visceral intrusion of earthly urgency into the silence of the universe. Earth hangs small and fragile in the lower left, a lone astronaut drifts in the bottom right corner, and Saturn glows faintly in the upper right. Gold “NOT WAR!” lettering fills the lower half, its letters checkered in blue and white and blooming with embedded flowers — a defiant garden planted at the edge of the void. The contrast between cosmic vastness and human-scale passion gives this piece a perspective the others don’t: seen from space, the choice between art and war feels even more stark.
